get jacked while you make beats. why not?
three hours on one beat and you haven't moved. BUFF UP! sits on your master, waits till you hit stop, and calls a quick set. drop, knock out some push-ups, back to the beat. it's a bit of a joke. the push-ups are real.
put it on your master after your clipper and save it in your startup template. about once an hour, next time you stop, a short sting calls a set. once today's done, it leaves you alone. hit later, skip the day, or turn on do not disturb when you're locked in. zero added latency, and it stays out of your exports.
finish a workout and the day gets a tick. watch the month fill up. rest days don't break your streak. no account, no internet: it all stays on your Mac.
push-ups, wide, close and diamond push-ups, and sit-ups. set your own targets and the announcer counts you through. no camera: you log the reps you actually did.
pick your trainer's look. after 5, 15 and 30 workout days they bulk up a stage. while FL's open they hang out on your screen. drag them anywhere, or hide them.
Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer), macOS 11 or later.
built for FL Studio, the only DAW it's been tested in. it's a standard VST3 (it passes Steinberg's own VST3 validator), so other VST3 hosts like Ableton Live should load the workout screen. move breaks and the floating trainer only switch on in FL.
VST3 only, so not Logic or GarageBand. not for Windows or Intel Macs yet.
unsigned for now: macOS asks you to approve it once. the steps come with the download.
for your own use on your own Macs, in any project. no license key, no activation, no internet needed.
