rooot / about
producer kits,
opened up.
rooot is the sound feed for producer kits — hear the sounds inside, follow them back to their creators, keep what hits.
why it exists
one sound opens the door.
there’s a whole world behind it.
a drum, a loop, a texture you haven’t heard before. on rooot, it leads back to a release and the producer behind it — so the next thing you find can be more of what made you stop and listen.
you’d buy a whole kit just to get one sound, or hunt forums for a link that still worked.
every producer’s sounds in one feed — and the ones for you, recommended.
your store serves the people who already know you. rooot adds another way in: producers can discover a sound, open your kit, and get to know your work.
rooot opens the kit: hear every sound inside, keep just the ones that hit, follow each one back to its creator — and release your own when you’re ready.
for the creators
you make the kits.
we handle the rest.
your artwork, your price, your name on the release. keep selling through your own channels while producers discover you here. bring your first kit, or your next one.

where rooot came from
rooot.it started as underdogs — one producer’s kit store. it hit a ceiling, so we built past it: rooot, a marketplace open to every producer.
